Website Returns Policy

Re-Find  abide by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Website sales only

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order on our website and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You will  get a refund within 14 days of either Re-Find getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. We do advise you use a signed for, tracked method of return. A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in our shop. For example, shoes should not be worn outside. Goods must be returned with tags and labels attached, unwashed, smoke and hair free.
All returns are at your expense (unless deemed faulty). If you feel an item is faulty please contact us with a full description of the issue (photos help).

In store returns for items bought via website

Please bring your item to us so we can issue a full refund (via the method paid) which may take the payment processor a few days to process, or arrange an exchange.
A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

European and International returns

You will be responsible for return postage costs. Please use a signed for, tracked method of return.
